Sparkling evening Sizies! Are you having hard time on choosing or buying what to wear for your work-out day? Let me give you some mixed and match outfits from my sister. There are some dress codes, in usual places, like, parties, occasions etc. But let's face it, sometimes dressing up for those kind of things are a little over-rated, and this new year, my sister Kai have a thought of a changing the atmosphere and started taking care of herself.



First things first, let's start with your hair. There are women who have long hair like my sister. A women's hair is long enough to block your eyes, or you may even start eating some of it, and when it comes to working out, you will also get a lot more sweaty than usual so having a cap, clip or rubber band to hold them still while exercising is a must. You can only buy some of imitation caps in Divisoria that are ranging from 100 to 200 pesos.


Next would be your shirt. Choosing a lightweight shirt is better when it comes to exercising, a better material in clothing would be cotton or polyester, because when you are working out, you'll grow hot and sweaty, and these are specifically designed for wicking sweat. My sister, Kai wears which costs just 100 pesos at Jukaykay atbp. On the other hand, a sports bra may also help in easing you’re working out experience when you have larger breasts.


Of course the bottoms would also effect on how your performance would be inside the gym. Better outfit than shorts would be leggings, it is a breathable cloth and that it stretches. This leggings only costs 20 pesos in a surplus. You see, it’s not about the price of clothing but about you and how it can make you feel comfortable while working out.

Lastly, footwear. Footwear depends on what sort of exercise you will be doing, because if you are planning to do your "leg day" today, then bring shoes that will offer a lot of protection to your feet. A running shoes, perhaps, would be better if you will be running on the treadmill, elliptical or exercise bike. But remember, wearing something that is comfortable to you is what really suits this up.


Outfits in a gym is not about how you look, but how comfortable you are while you are exercising. Proper clothing can help you ease your mind when working out, because it can motivate yourself on how you may change physically.
